By using the AI Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

The AI Marketplace serves as a repository of publicly available AI tools and projects intended for research, experimentation, and development. The content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

The AI models available may carry different levels of risk depending on their use. You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding the potential impact and regulatory obligations
  • Ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other applicable laws
  • Avoiding misuse or unsafe deployment in real-world or regulated environments

4. No Direct Developer Liability

The AI Marketplace does not vet, verify, or endorse individual contributors or guarantee that models are compliant or safe. We do not have a direct relationship with model developers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any AI system hosted on this platform for:

  • Surveillance or biometric identification without legal basis
  • Manipulative or deceptive practices (e.g., deepfakes, disinformation, etc.)
  • Applications that violate human rights, safety standards, or national laws

6. Data Privacy

The AI Marketplace does not collect personal data by default. However, we advise against uploading or inputting personal, sensitive, or confidential data when interacting with any hosted models or demos.

7. Intellectual Property

All models and code are subject to their respective open-source licenses. It is your responsibility to adhere to those licenses when using, modifying, or distributing the content.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We assume no liability for the use, misuse, or outcomes of any AI models hosted on the platform. Users and deployers assume all risks associated with use.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the most recent version.
