Solidus AI Tech will be transitioning to Ethereum.

Alongside this move, Solidus AI Tech ($AITECH) will evolve to reflect the next phase of the ecosystem, aligning more closely with the infrastructure it is building. This represents a redefinition of the ecosystem’s foundation.

Why this move?
Agent standards and execution requirements
The system is being designed around emerging agent standards such as x402 for payments and ERC-8004 for identity and coordination. These require programmable, composable execution where payments, logic, and state changes can be handled within the same environment. Building directly where these standards are being implemented avoids custom workarounds and keeps the system aligned with how agent-based systems are being structured.
Reliable execution for agent workflows
Agent workflows involve conditional logic, retries, and multi-step interactions between services. These require atomic execution and consistent contract behavior to ensure workflows complete as intended without breaking, especially as more value and activity move through these systems.

What you need to do
For the majority of holders, no action is required.
Tokens held on supported exchanges will be migrated automatically
Staked tokens and rewards will be migrated without interruption
For users holding $AITECH in self-custody/custodial/cold wallets, a migration portal will be provided to convert to the new asset. This will be the only official method. The ratio of the migration will be 1:1
The portal will be accessible only through aitech.io
No alternative links, platforms, or third-party services will be involved.
