These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the access and use of the ACN Platform, including the dashboard, privacy relays and all of its components (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) and purchase of the ACN Token provided by SOLIDUS AI TECH INC., a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Panama, with registration number 155776555, having its registered address at PH The Century Tower, Office 317, Vía Ricardo J. Alfaro, Corregimiento de Betania, Distrito de Panama, Panama City, Panama, and operating under the trade name “AITECH CLOUD NETWORK” (“Solidus AITECH Cloud Network”, “Solidus”, “AITECH Cloud Network”, “AI TECH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms constitute an agreement between the customer (“You”) and AITECH Cloud Network governing access and use of the Platform and Services.
The purpose of the ACN Platform is to combine AI, blockchain, and advanced computing to support a range of digital services — including but not limited to:
